Paulina Vo is a first-generation, queer Việt Kiều artist, founder, and creative leader at the intersection of music, technology, and community. She co-founded Highnote, a collaboration platform for audio creators, and The Digilogue, a vibrant BIPOC-led global music and tech community.
With over 15 years spanning creative and operational roles, Paulina has led teams at Songtrust, Squarespace, and Teachable, spoken on 25+ panels, and creates inclusive partnerships with companies like Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, and She Is The Music. As a vocalist, songwriter, and producer through Soda Chanh Music House, she's independently released six albums across genres from pop to electronic, with sample packs on Splice.
Rooted in care and equity, Paulina serves as the OV New York City Lead for Overseas Vietnamese (OV) and has mentored emerging professionals through organizations like Asian American Collective. Previously serving on advisory boards including Queer Capita and recognized on the Shesaid.so’s Alt Power List 2021, she continues championing overlooked voices while working to make the music and tech industries more equitable and inclusive.
